Work at height
Working at heights is a specialized profession that includes working on tall structures such as buildings, bridges, towers, etc. This work requires special training, certification and safety precautions to be performed safely. It is also important to use appropriate equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment) such as helmets, harnesses, ropes, climbing equipment. Workers at heights carry out maintenance, repairs, installation and disassembly of equipment. It is a physically and mentally demanding job that is important to many industries, including construction, telecommunications and energy.
