Below we will describe a brief procedure on how to make a purchase, and what delivery and payment options you can choose.
Selecting goods and adding them to the cart
From the product catalog or by using the product search, select the product you want to buy. Then, using the Add to Cart button, add the selected product to the cart and specify the number of pieces. You can then continue with further shopping or proceed to choose DELIVERY and PAYMENT.
DISCOUNT CODES AND VOUCHERS ARE ENTERED IN THE CART, IN THE GRAY FIELD ON THE RIGHT LABELED "GIFTS AND DISCOUNTS".

Pickup is possible after notification, which we will send to you by email and phone. Do not pick up goods without prior notification, they will not be prepared. The storage period is 14 days. After this storage period, the order will be canceled. Pickup address: worksafety.cz, Královská cesta 147, Kolín - link to maps HERE. During the store's opening hours: MON - FRI from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The base price for pallet transport is 1000 CZK. The actual price of pallet transport depends on the real dimensions and weight of the recommended shipment. We will always inform you of the price of the shipment in advance. |

Shipments abroad are sent via GLS. We will always let you know the price of the shipment in advance, you can find an indicative price list for shipping abroad on this link. |
Payment by credit card/bank transfer

DELIVERY TERMS
- In stock - the goods are physically in stock and shipped immediately, if the order is received by 12:00 PM - delivery within 24 hours.
- In stock at the supplier - the goods are in stock at our supplier, delivery to our warehouse will be as soon as possible.
- On order - the goods are not in stock and the term will be provided as soon as we find out from the manufacturer/supplier.
- On request - these are specific order goods, we will inform you about the delivery time.
- Currently unavailable - the goods are sold out and currently unavailable.
- Discontinued - the goods are sold out and will no longer be produced.
The delivery time depends on the load of the transport company you have chosen. The standard delivery time is from 8 AM to 6 PM (depending on the chosen carrier and the routes of individual couriers). We are not able to influence any delays in your order during transportation. It is also not possible to specify the exact delivery time of the shipment in advance; this is up to the transport companies.DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT VOUCHERSDISCOUNT CODE AND GIFT VOUCHER USAGE:
- In the shopping cart, there is a field on the right side named “Gifts and discounts” where you enter the discount code or gift voucher code and confirm by pressing Apply.
If the entered code is valid, the discount will be applied immediately, and the total price of the order will be recalculated. If the code is not valid, a notification will appear, and the discount will not be applied.
