This manual contains definitions of the basic procedures in the inspection and record-keeping activities of road administration workers with the main attention dedicated to highway-type road administration< /strong>, class I roads, but also during inspections of lower class roads. The provisions of this handbook apply to the management of the surrounding greenery of roads, highways and publicly accessible purpose-built roads in open countryside and in built-up areas.
