Thermarest Z Lite Sol is a mat with an aluminum coating, thanks to which it has increased thermal insulation. Suitable for mountaineering, staying in the desert and general three-season use. Durable, very light foam with closed cells insulates well, protrusions guarantee softness, depressions retain warm air. Harmonic composition. Ideal for long stays in remote places, there is no risk of punctures and subsequent deflation as with self-inflating mats and air mattresses. Any puncture or tearing of the mat will not reduce its properties.
