Product detailed description
A unique immobilizer head which is suitable for both adults and < strong>for pediatric patients. The Spencer Tango Fix collar is a so-called 2in1 solution. If combined with spine boards Spencer or fixed neck collars, guarantees perfect fixation of the head and cervical spine in the axis of the body throughout the transport. It is very easy and light to useand thanks to its small size it can be stored even in small spaces. If the head is properly fixed, it enables constant monitoring and possible rapid access to the cervical tract.
This head fixator consists of two solid plates with reinforced inserts of soft anti-allergic rubber that offer maximum comfort to the injured person. The plates are attached to the base plate with Velcro and thus enable a very precise fixing of the head. They are supplemented with fixation straps in the shape of "U", which facilitates constant monitoring of the ear area and quick detection of possible bleeding or leakage of other body fluids. The collar is made of a non-absorbent material that prevents the absorption of organic liquids or damage by chemicals and solvents. The rubber pads are easily replaceable. The collar is X-ray transparent.
