Universal HMS carabiner for mountaineering and working at heights with a screw safety
- most often used for belaying, rappelling and anchoring
- thanks to the lightweight hot- forged I-beam construction makes the carabiner stronger, more durable and lighter
- large internal smooth surface reduces carabiner wear and improves rope slippage
- pear-shaped shape facilitates belaying with a half boat knot or belay bucket
- beveled Keylock on the nose of the carabiner prevents the beak from accidentally catching on a rope, loop or rivet plate
- large opening and internal space is easily handled by a more massive anchor point
- a screw lock with slanted notches ensures effective locking of the carabiner
- for better orientation in the climbing material, the lock is available in three color variants
- available also with twist lock and triple lock safety
- each carabiner is individually tested in production for a load of 10 kN
