Multifunctional weapon with a wide range of uses
- axe designed especially for climbing difficult icefalls and technically demanding mountain routes, but thanks to the modular system you can adapt it to every ascent
- the curved shape of the shaft allows easier climbing in ice clods or in rock and at the same time guarantees an optimal grip angle
- forged head allows the use of ICE or DRY and also a choice between a mallet and a shovel (for demanding mixed paths, the ice ax can be used without a mallet/shovel)
- head the ice ax is shaped in such a way that it can be wedged into a crevasse during mixed climbing and at the same time provides support when climbing in soft snow
- the center of gravity of the head follows the trajectory of the jam and this balanced ice ax easily penetrates hard ice
- the hole in the head is big enough to attach a carabiner or hang an ice ax on PORTER< /li>
- ergonomically shaped handle made of two-component plastic provides a secure grip and at the same time thermal insulation
- hole in the lower tip for connecting a carabiner or spring straps BUNGEE
- finger protector BOXER enables easier climbing without straps and prevents bruised fingers; hook RHINO serves for a higher grip during demanding ice/mixed climbing and also for climbing in flat terrain (BOXER even the RHINO can be completely removed and thus obtain a light ice ax for technical climbing in the mountains)
