Product detailed description
The ideal abseiling brake, which is equipped with an anti-panic system and is intended for static ropes o diameter 9 - 12 mm. The abseil brake Singing Rock DOUBLE STOP PLUS has a robust and durable body made of stainless steel. It has a new pressure wedge that is tested for higher loads, which guarantees a better braking effect in extreme positions. The longer rubberized handle is more sensitive and allows smooth regulation of rope slippage. It is comfortable to hold, doesn't slip when rappelling, doesn't twist the rope and its ergonomic shape enables a comfortable grip with one hand. All parts that come into contact with the rope are made of stainless steel to minimize wear. The brake has an integrated wear indicator.
The Singing Rock DOUBLE STOP PLUS abseiling brake has load limits:
Rope diameter 9mm = maximum working load 130kg
Rope diameter 10 – 12 mm = maximum working load 200kg
For this abseiling brake we recommend ropes Courant Ultima, Courant Bandit and Courant Truck.
