SENA Cast - Mesh successor to the Tufftalk model
Cast is based on Mesh communication technology and ensures seamless and reliable user connection. With an extra hour of talk time compared to previous models, it offers longer usage time for uninterrupted calls. Cast excels in durability and improved construction, these factors combine to make for a generally more durable and long-lasting device. For example, the innovative design includes external speakers that pick up ambient noise and thus ensure safety in high-traffic areas.

• Bluetooth 4.2 + Mesh 2.0 = Headset not only for industrial communication with a range of 1.1 km in open terrain ( can be extended to 4.4 km between at least 6 participants) ) headsets, with a mobile phone (via MeshPort Red) or with any other Bluetooth device (via MeshPort Blue)
• Reduces ambient noise by up to 23 dB with Advanced Noise Control™ technology

Mesh Technology
Mesh Technology is designed to optimize and repair itself, constantly searching for the best connection and automatically establishing a new one when disconnects the device. Cast has two different Mesh modes: Open Mesh and Group Mesh. Open Mesh mode allows multiple users to connect within an effective range of 1.1 km, ensuring wide network coverage. Group Mesh is designed for private sessions with up to 24 participants.
Clear communication for your safety
Maintaining open lines of communication in the workplace is essential for safety. Headset Cast solves these problems by using full-duplex technology that enables hands-free communication. This system allows workers to communicate effortlessly and does not distract them while working. Cast offers hearing protection and the possibility of effective communication in noisy and busy workplaces. There are 2 designs: Over-the-Head with a noise reduction value of 28 dB, and into a work helmet (Hardhat) with a value of 23 dB. Prioritizing safety and comfort, the headset features a hands-free intercom system and a user-friendly layout with three buttons for easy operation.
Long talk time for whatever you need
The Cast model's talk time when connected to its own Mesh network can reach up to 9 hours while powered supplied removable lithium-polymer battery. The battery fully charges in just 2.5 hours using the USB Type-C port. Additional lithium polymer batteries are available to keep on hand and replace when charging is not convenient for you. Cast can also be powered by 3 AAA batteries. (Talk time may vary by battery manufacturer).
