Product detailed description
The VERTIGO Wire-Lock carabiner is designed for via ferrata sets with a fall absorber. Its ergonomic shape and automatic locking device facilitate handling when passing the progressive anchoring points of the securing line. The large aperture of the latch and the KeyLock system enable easy connection to the steel rope of the securing line. WIRE-LOCK fuse extends life with frequent use (compared to other fuse types).
The PETZL VERTIGO carabiner is made of the highest quality aluminum, which is characterized by great hardness, which increases its resistance to abrasion on steel ropes. The WIRE-LOCK safety lock ensures easy handling when passing the anchor points and a longer service life of the carabiner. The 25 mm clearance of the carabiner makes it easy to attach to steel ropes. Double marking with a serial number, one is stamped at the point of connection of the loop - easier identification. The Keylock system without a hook prevents the carabiner from getting caught.
