The Petzl Livanos hardened staple is suitable for thin joints in granite and hard rock. Chrome-molybdenum steel does not deform, the staple holds by rubbing against the joint walls. It is intended only for progress (for the load of a person's weight), not for catching a fall from a height. Available in four lengths.
