Product detailed description
Emergency launching and extraction device with integrated pulley and blocker which is intended for a load of up to 280 kg. The rescue device PETZL MAESTRO L is compatible with ropes with a diameter of 12.5 - 13 mm. This device is intended for technical rescue operations. Facilitates the handling of heavy loads when lowering or pulling up and can be used in both the primary system and backup belay. This versatility allows rescuers to adapt to any situation they may encounter during rescue operations.
Ergonomic handle and integrated braking allow comfortable regulation of the descent. The transition from the lowering function to the extraction function is instantaneous without the need to move the load. The Integrated Blocking Pulley has a large diameter disc mounted on ball bearings, which ensures excellent efficiency (it only rotates in one direction). The groove of the pulley is shaped so that it creates additional friction zones for the rope and thus provides more effective braking during lowering. The rescue device also has a lower connection hole which can be used to create different types of pull-out systems (hoists). The hole in the handle is convenient for installing a cord to control the range of motion. Another advantage of this device is the AUTO-LOCK system, which ensures automatic locking of the rope when the handle is not in use.
