The ASTRO full-body harness is designed for rope access workers at height. Its construction is specifically designed for rope ascents and work positioning. The 3D foam padding and semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops provide comfort in suspension throughout the workday. The detachable front attachment point allows for efficient installation of the necessary equipment for rope movement. The integrated CROLL L rope clamp enhances efficiency during rope ascents. The waistbelt is equipped with metal side attachment points, gear loops, and slots for tool holders, enabling workers to organize and carry all necessary equipment throughout the day. The DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles and FAST buckles make it easy and quick to put on and adjust the harness, even while wearing gloves.

Ultra-comfortable design:

• Widely spaced shoulder straps reduce neck chafing

• Thin sliding straps provide greater freedom and ease of movement
• All contact zones, including the shoulder straps, waistbelt, and leg loops, are padded with 3D foam and lined with breathable material for enhanced comfort in suspension
• The semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops provide optimal fit and support in suspension
• Metal side attachment points can be folded down to prevent accidental snagging when not in use
• Elastic connection straps for the leg loops and waistbelt (replaceable and available as accessories) help the harness maintain proper adjustment while walking or suspended
• Aluminum ring on the back of the waistbelt for connecting a chest attachment

• Efficient integration of equipment into the detachable front attachment point:

  The PROGRESS ADJUST or JANE lanyard can be connected directly to the attachment point pin without using a connector
• The CROLL L chest rope clamp is directly connected to the front attachment point for greater efficiency and freedom of movement during rope ascents
• The PODIUM or LITEPOD work seat can be attached directly to the attachment point pin, so the load is directed straight into the descender, giving the user great freedom of movement at the attachment point

• Convenient adjustment system:

  • The shoulder straps have a FAST buckle on the left side for easy donning and doffing and a DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckle on the right side for secure and easy adjustment
  • The waistbelt features DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles and includes non-slip clamps (included in the package but not pre-installed)
  • DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles are made of anodized aluminum for easy handling throughout the harness's lifespan
  • The leg loops are equipped with FAST buckles, which are easy to fasten and unfasten, even while wearing gloves

  Easy attachment and organization of equipment:

  • The shoulder straps include a Velcro strap that can be moved up or down and positioned on the left or right side to attach the ASAP'SORBER energy absorber
  • Fall arrest lanyard connectors can be installed on the shoulder straps (available as an accessory)
  • The waistbelt has two folding side attachment points for connecting a work positioning lanyard in a double mode
  • Seven shaped gear loops with protective sheathing, two slots for CARITOOL tool holders, INTERFAST attachment system, and two loops for TOOLBAG tool pouches
