Product detailed description
The BOREO CAVING helmet consists of a BOREO helmet equipped with a front and rear adapter for connecting a headlamp. The caveman can choose from three models, DUO RL, DUO S or DUO Z2, according to his needs.
BOREO Helmet:
- The outer shell is impact and scratch resistant for optimal durability
- The helmet has a combined construction, the ABS shell is resistant to abrasion and impacts, the EPP (polypropylene) foam lining is light and resistant to abrasion, at the same time it absorbs impacts from the front, side and back, the crown of the head is protected by EPS (polystyrene) foam which absorbs possible impacts from the upper side
- The headband is soft, conforms perfectly to the shape of the head and folds into a shell for storage and transport
- It is marked with the Petzl TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION sticker, it provides standard standardized protection from above, and extra standard side, front and back protection
- The shape that covers the whole head is extended at the back for better protection
- Made in two sizes S/M and M/L
Adapters:
- The front and back plates of the adapters are screwed to the helmet
- Adapters are designed for DUO RL, DUO S and DUO Z2 headlamps (headlamp not included)
Inner lining
- Closed cell foam, does not absorb water or sweat and is easy to clean
