Product detailed description
A rappelling brake which is primarily intended for launching from an anchor point. The PETZL I´D EVAC abseil brake has an ergonomic handle which is specially placed for load control from the anchor point, thereby guaranteeing comfortable control startup. The integrated ANTI-PANIC system and the safety against incorrect installation of the rope ANTI-ERROR, reduce the risk of an accident < /strong>caused by user error. Furthermore, the AUTO-LOCK system enables easy positioning at the workstation without the need to handle the handle or secure the device with a knot. Once secured, the rope can be retrieved without having to handle the handle. The Safety Latch enables the installation of the rope without having to disconnect the device from the anchor point. Designed for ropes with a diameter of 10 - 11.5 mm. Available in two colors. The open additional brake is already part of the product.
