Periodical check of PPE
We perform inspections of equipment (PPE) for work at heights, arboriculture, personnel evacuation, rescue operations, and mountaineering.
If the equipment is used for commercial purposes (ropes courses, rentals, etc.) or as working equipment for work at heights (fall arrest), it must be inspected every 12 months by a competent person or someone trained by the manufacturer. New equipment needs its first inspection 12 months after being put into service. Records of these inspections, known as inspection reports, must be kept with the results of the OOPP.
We inspect all equipment that can be inspected by a competent person, i.e., someone with a valid inspection certificate.
How can you get your equipment inspected with us?

1. Inspection on demand After prior arrangement via phone (+420 777 045 906) or email (info@pavouci.cz), we will inspect your equipment on demand at our store in Kolín. |

2. Sending OOPP to our address Pack and send your equipment using any carrier to our store address (see below). Please include a note requesting the inspection inside the package. It's crucial to include all contact information, especially a phone number for any potential complications. After inspection, we will send back the OOPP along with the inspection report. NOTE! Packages without necessary information will be returned to the sender's address! |

3. Customer site inspection An inspection technician will come to the agreed address and inspect everything in front of you. In this case, we charge for the technician's transportation both ways. |

How can you pay for inspections?
- Cash or card at our store in Kolín.
- Bank transfer to our account (after receiving the invoice).
- Cash on delivery with a fee of 30 CZK.
What do we need from you?
- All billing details.
- Contact person - name, phone, email.
- Order.
Additional information regarding equipment inspection:
- The equipment you want to have inspected should be clean, free of major dirt. Otherwise, an additional charge will apply to the inspection price. We reserve the right to refuse a periodic inspection for heavily soiled equipment.
- Your equipment should be ready for inspection, for a quick inspection process, meaning mechanical devices (ZigZag, RopeRunner, Akimbo, etc.) should not be installed on ropes. Also, please provide ropes for inspection without knots. Otherwise, an additional charge will apply to the price.
- Cleaning and lubricating carabiners or connectors from regular dirt are included in the inspection price.
- Repair, replacement, or substitution of damaged parts and equipment will be done after consultation with you.
