PETZL NEOX is a belay device with assisted braking designed for experienced climbers, suitable for climbing walls and rock climbing, for sport and performance climbing. Ideal for belaying first-time climbers, it has an integrated rotating disc that allows for smooth and fast rope feeding to the climber when engaging the express belays. The ergonomic handle allows smooth control of the climber's rate of descent. It can be used with single ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm in diameter.

Cam-assisted belay device, optimised for belaying a first ascent:

• For belaying first and second climbers by belaying from above

• Particularly optimised for belaying first ascents, the integrated rotating disc allows the rope to be fed smoothly and quickly to the climber when switching on the expresses
• Rope locking with cam support for more comfortable belaying: when the climber falls or loads the system, the rope is tensioned, the disc locks and activates the cam, which clamps and locks the rope

Easy to use:

• Easy rope installation with a diagram engraved on the body of the device
• Looping and retrieving the rope and catching the fall is done using techniques standard for all Petzl belay devices, always holding the free end of the rope in your hand
• Compatible with dynamic single ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm and optimised for diameters from 8.9 to 10.5 mm

• Not recommended for novice climbers, it is not a self-locking device, you must hold the free end of the rope in your hand at all times
