When creating the LYO EXPEDITION Menu, we were confident that we would include some of the world's most famous and popular dishes. No unnecessary combinations, no unnecessary ingredients, just a selection of dishes that people around the world love. And there's probably no better example than pasta alla Bolognese. This slow-cooked, thick sauce of tomatoes, onions, carrots and handfuls of ground pork and beef is known for its captivating flavor and enticing aroma. Add some wheat pasta and you get an Italian classic that's just too good to resist. Our freeze-dried Penne alla Bolognese can be enjoyed anywhere, but we've made every effort to ensure they taste just like the ones you'd find at your favorite Italian restaurant.
The dishes are freeze-cooked and seasoned before being dried.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. Shelf life is approx. 4 years.
