To the hundreds of variations that have been created over the centuries, we decided to add another: freeze-dried risotto made from barley and green lentils combined with red peppers, leeks and pumpkin seeds, all in a creamy avocado mousse. A true vegan treat for outdoor adventure enthusiasts who like to enjoy a delicious hot meal along the way.
The food is freeze cooked and seasoned before being freeze dried.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. Shelf life is approximately 4 years
