The calm of a sunny morning is occasionally broken by the sound of the river, the singing of birds can be heard from a nearby tree. The sun is reaching its highest point... finally it's lunchtime and you can show off your cooking skills here in the guise of nature.
In the equipment you have a professional outdoor cooker GSI Outdoors Selkirk 540i with two independently adjustable burners with an output of 12000 BTU/h (3.5kW/h). The hardest part is deciding what to cook, because the Selkirk 540i's capabilities are vast. You can place 2 pans or pots up to 25cm in diameter on the burners. Setting up the cooker is very easy and quick. After connecting a gas cartridge (for example GSI Isobutane Fuel 450g), all you need to do is ignite the selected burner using the piezo button. The hot pan of juicy meat sits securely on the solid stainless steel grate, and even when the wind blowing around the river cools it down, the heat of the cooker is held in place by the side windshields.
It's past lunchtime and you're back to being king (queen). Cleaning the cooker is very easy thanks to the high quality stainless steel with nickel-chrome finish.
