- compared to the DARK MACHINE ice ax, it is a bit longer, more curved handle, but the lower part of the tip lacks a hole for attaching a carabiner or straps
- a large bend in the handle helps when jamming behind lumps of ice
- anatomically shaped handle for a perfect grip and finger protection
- there is a hand rest in the lower part of the ice ax
- carbon gives the ice ax high rigidity, which significantly reduces vibrations
- the ice ax is excellent balanced
- center of gravity is moved more towards the head for easier jamming
