Everything you wanted to know about purchases and other conditions, here are the answers.

Can I pay by card at the physical store?
- Yes, you can pay by card both at the physical store and in the e-shop.

What are the conditions for complaints, exchanges, or returns?
- How to proceed and further information can be found in the "All About Purchases" section.

Do you offer any discount options?
- If you are shopping with us for the first time and have registered in our e-shop, you will receive a welcome discount of "100 CZK". As a gift from us for your birthday, we will send you a discount code worth "200 CZK" for shopping in the e-shop.
- For purchases amounting to ten thousand and above, please contact us at info@pavouci.cz and we will process an individual offer for you.

Did you not receive a discount code even though you registered correctly?
- Please check your email inbox under the "bulk" or "SPAM" folder, as the email with the code often ends up there.
- If you still haven't found your discount code, please contact us at info@pavouci.cz.

How can I use a discount code?
- Discount codes and vouchers are entered in the shopping cart, under the product list on the left. Large orange button "Enter Discount Coupon".

How to choose the right size of clothing or shoes?
- For most clothing or shoes, you will find a size chart in the "Download" tab. If you haven't found it, feel free to contact us with your query at info@pavouci.cz.

What are the options and prices for shipping within the Czech Republic?
- For purchases over 1,500 CZK, shipping is free, except for oversize items (you will be notified in the product description).
- Choosing GLS – delivery to address or Parcel Shop costs 120 CZK.
- Choosing Czech Post – delivery to hand or selected post office costs 120 CZK.
- Personal pickup – at the store in Kolín, is free. Collection of the shipment is possible only after receiving an informational email or SMS. Please do not collect your shipment without prior notice. Your shipment will not be ready!

What is the shipping cost to Slovakia?
- For purchases over 150 euros, shipping is free, except for oversize items.
- GLS courier – delivery to address costs 8 euros.

Can I have the shipment sent to a country other than those mentioned above?
- Yes, the shipment can be sent almost anywhere via GLS. The price of this shipping is calculated by the carrier.

Can I receive goods on an invoice with payment terms?
- Yes, only for verified customers who meet the following conditions:
  - Registration in the online store.
  - Completion of two or more orders in our e-shop.
- If you have met the above criteria, we can send you goods with an invoice that has a fourteen-day payment term.

Do you perform inspections on equipment purchased from you?
- Yes, we perform initial and regular inspections of PPE.
