Product detailed description
X-Dream Alpine is an alpine version of the CAMP X-Dream climbing ice ax, which is equipped with a lower spike. It is specially designed for race climbing, climbing in technical ice, climbing in mixes and for dry tool climbing. A big advantage is the ergonomically shaped patented handle with an adjustable angle of inclination for climbing in ice (48°). and rock (60°). The X-Dream Alpine ice ax is therefore a combination of two weapons - a fully customizable ice ax for technical ice climbing and an aggressive weapon for dry tool climbing (overhangs without ice). The X-Dream Alpine ice ax is therefore not just an ice ax with a simple combination of 4 top tips (Mixte, Ice, Race, Total Dry). The handle can also be modified with an inner insert X-Rest (part of the ice ax ), which adjusts the inner dimension of the handle for the palm by 5 mm.
The basic version is the CAMP X-Dream Alpine ice ax with a tip CAMP X-Dream / X-All Mountain Pick Ice for climbing in ice and with a hammer foot CAMP X-Dream Hammer. This tip can be combined with a shovel CAMP X-Dream Adze.
