Product detailed description
Innovative multifunctional descending brake for ropes with a diameter of 9.9 - 11.5mm, which is intended for height work and rescue action. The Camp Giant patented internal brake mechanism is combined with robust construction and advanced ergonomics for smooth and precise control, even with heavy loads (up to 210kg when rescuing people). This abseil brake is also certified for use as a fall arrester. The brake control lever is equipped with an anti-panic system. It locks the rope and stops the descent in case of excessive pressure on the lever by the user. The clamping cam can be held open using the control button . This allows easy shifting and slipping of the rope. The brake can be opened to insert or remove the rope without disassembling the carabiner.
