Product detailed description
Highly durable express loop made of steel 6mm cable. The eyes for connecting carabiners are treated on the inside with a steel insert that prevents the carabiner from rubbing against the cable. The central part, including the end, is encased in a transparent plastic protector, which both protects the cable from fraying and environmental influences, and at the same time facilitates any inspection of the condition of the steel core. Steel Perma-Expresses are used on climbing walls, outdoor sports routes or divided projects - simply where the expressway does not click from the belay point. A huge advantage is, in addition to a several times higher life compared to classic nylon express buckles, possible theft is also more difficult thanks to the screw mailon (CAMP Oval Quick Link; 10mm) used here. The CAMP Gym Safe with a lock against twisting is most often used as a second carabiner for securing the rope.
