Product detailed description

Professional abseiling brake designed for ropes with a diameter of 9.9 - 11 mm. It's the perfect size that fits in the palm of your hand. Thanks to the direct guidance there is no twisting of the rope during abseiling. Suitable for experienced rope access and rescue workers.

Compared to CAMP DRUID PRO is equipped with an anti-panic system. Thanks to this system, when the abseiling lever is pulled sharply, it will be locked, thus eliminating the uncontrollable abseiling of the user. The anti-panic system is deactivated by simply returning the lever to its initial position. So it is possible to move smoothly to rappelling again.

The brake body and lever are made of high-quality hot-forged duralumin.
The two-part folding abseiling lever ensures the compactness of the entire device.
The friction parts of the brake are made of stainless steel.
Thanks to the patented design, the friction cam is able to help the rope absorb shocks, ensuring smooth operation during rappelling and minimizing rope wear.
The brake allows for easy retrieval and is therefore usable for rope climbing.
If the cam is not under load, it can be fully released by pressing the thumb on the cam "trigger" for quick release of the rope - practical after completing the rappelling.
