The ASTRO full-body harness is designed for rope access workers. Its construction is specifically tailored for rope ascent and work positioning. The 3D foam padding and semi-rigid belt and leg loops provide comfort in suspension throughout the workday. The detachable front attachment point allows for efficient installation of necessary equipment for rope access. The integrated CROLL L chest ascender improves efficiency during rope ascents. The belt is equipped with metal side attachment points, gear loops, and slots for tool holders, allowing workers to organize and carry all necessary equipment throughout the day. The DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles and FAST automatic buckles make donning and adjusting the harness easier and faster, even with gloves.

Ultra-comfortable design:

• Wide-set shoulder straps reduce neck chafing
• Thin, sliding straps provide greater freedom and ease of movement
• All contact zones, including the shoulder straps, belt, and leg loops, are padded with 3D foam and lined with breathable fabric for greater comfort in suspension
• The semi-rigid belt and leg loops provide optimal fit and support in suspension
• Metal side attachment points can be folded down to prevent accidental snagging when not in use
• Elastic connecting straps for the leg loops and belt (replaceable and available as accessories) help maintain proper harness adjustment while walking or suspended
• An aluminum ring on the back of the belt for chest attachment

Efficient integration of equipment into the detachable front attachment point:

• The PROGRESS ADJUST or JANE lanyard can be attached directly to the attachment point pin without the need for a connector
• The CROLL L chest ascender is directly attached to the front attachment point for improved efficiency and freedom of movement during rope ascents
• The PODIUM or LITEPOD work seat can be attached directly to the attachment point pin, ensuring that the load is directed into the descender and providing greater mobility at the attachment point

Comfortable adjustment system:

• The shoulder straps have a FAST automatic buckle on the left side for easy donning and doffing, and a DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckle on the right side for secure, adjustable fitting
• The belt is equipped with DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles, which can be used with anti-slip clamps (included but not pre-installed)
• The DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles are made of anodized aluminum and ensure easy handling throughout the harness's lifespan
• The leg loops have FAST automatic buckles, making them easy and quick to fasten and unfasten, even with gloves

Easy equipment attachment and organization:

• The shoulder straps have a Velcro strap that can be moved up or down and placed on the left or right side to attach the ASAP'SORBER energy absorber
• Connectors for fall arrest lanyards can be attached to the shoulder straps
• The belt features two foldable side attachment points for attaching a work positioning lanyard in a double mode
• Seven shaped gear loops with protective sheaths, two slots for CARITOOL tool holders, the INTERFAST connection system, and two loops for TOOLBAG tool pouches
• The dorsal attachment point is equipped with a fall arrest indicator
