A semi-static rope of type B with a thickness of 11 mm, which is developed for special components using fast abseiling and lowering in their actions. During this type of action with the use of ordinary ropes, the braid may be damaged due to high friction in the belaying (rape) device and thus heating the rope to a high temperature. The Raider rope braid is made of Aramid, which prevents the braid from melting at high temperatures and keeps the rope still flexible and functional.
- A visual inspection of the rope is necessary before each use, due to the increased sensitivity of aramid fibers to wear .
- Appropriate storage of ropes outside the event is the basic rope protection
- Ropes must only be used by trained and competent persons
- Aramid braid ropes requires increased attention and care
